Somehow this reminds me of "The Incredible Hulk"

I'm assuming that he transforms into this since the other character on the other link you posted has a more subdued character.
Is he emitting electrical current or is he getting electrecuted? LOL
As for the painting job, no crits from me

I like the colors and the emotion and the way you did the hair. I think the face is so crisp and looks more detailed, but the chest seems a little more painterly. Its not less well done, its just that the switch in styles is a bit jarring.

The colour contrast is very rich in the sci-fi look, leaving us indeed curious about this character's story. What I enjoy the most is the light cyan aura coming from his hands.. its very frenetic and really does seem like its germinating itself - well done!
